#1. Right Click on Start Menu then click on Properties.
#2. Click on Start Menu tab.
#3. Scroll Down till you see Run Command.
#4. Just put a Check to Run Command and Click OK and apply changes.
#5. Now Click on Start Menu, you can see RUN.
